Acopia wanted to offer a Visual Merchandising training day to support clients in the charity retail sector.

How: 

Developed a bespoke training pack ‘Introduction to Visual Merchandising ’ including a presentation with practical exercises for clients to gain hands-on experience. We could do the same for you.

Talked to each attendee during the presentation, about resolving issues within their individual shops. They each gained valuable one on one Visual Merchandising training to take back to their own stores.

Incorporated Acopia’s fixtures and props to use during the practical Visual Merchandising training exercises.

Trained Store Managers from charities all over the UK so they could learn and share best practices and new ideas.

Exclusive Roots, Oxford

Why: 

Exclusive Roots wanted to do some basic Visual Merchandising training with the team of volunteers who offer their time in the shop. Most of the volunteers have no prior retail or visual merchandising experience

How: 

Took all the volunteers through a Visual Merchandising presentation, showing them simple but effective ways to improve and maintain the visual standards within the store.

Taught the team some basic retail skills to make them more efficient on a daily basis.

Encouraged the volunteers to practice handling the product, so that the overall look of the shop improved.

Showed the team some inspirational photographs of other visual displays, to inspire them.
